Soccer

Soccer registration for the Fall 2011/Spring 2012 season will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 from 5:30-7:30 pm at June Vollrath Park. This includes the Instructional Program for boys and girls in Kindergarten in September and Traveling Teams for boys and girls in 1st through 8th grades.

Download the Soccer 2011-2012 registration form and Soccer Uniform order form. You may also obtain forms from the display case at June Vollrath Park or at Registration Night. Completed forms can be mailed to the address listed on the form or turned in at Registration Night. Deadline for registering is June 15, 2011. Contact Denice Ruh or Amy Sitko with questions.
